Whats the difference between AMD and Intel? And the Dual Core and Pentium 4?

Intel is better!!!!!!!!!!
amd and intel are the 2 main chip manufacturer. Dual core means one chip near 2 processors on it. Pentium 4 is the current generation of Intel processors.
