I enjoy an old Dell Computer—System is unmoving, no beeps, no cursor, enthusiast is running. One of the front lights stays yellow. I own tear down the system to the primary essentials. I have replaced the power supply, processor, the video card and reseated the memory. I looked inside the motherboard and I see this one green insubstantial that comes on—Standby Led.
What’s the problem?
The constant green light is the power contained by light. It manner you are getting power to the board from your power supply. You need to transport parts out and cut it on, you should get the BIOS atleast. Take out the memory, Processor, Cards, Hard Drive. Then put in them back contained by one at a time.

Aww.. You should just buy a modern one rather than buying stuff for it. I guess the basis is that your computer its too old and its time for it late.
I find it funny that Dell would let you sit in that and tinker, when after all, you're their customer.
Didn't ponder of give them a buss to agree to them know the system they sold you is a paper substance?
