64 processes more workload than 32 bit one. and it supports much difficult hardware configurations than 32, for example 32 system only supports memory up to 0.004TBytes, while 64 supports up to 16.8 million TBytes.

64 bit os gives more instructions and more possibilities than the 32 bits , but it have need of a cpu that can handle it
32bit os are set to a max of 3.5gb of ram 64bit os's dont own this restriction because the memory addresses are 64bit long to some extent than 32bit...sort of like count an area code to a phone number. you can enjoy mutliple instaces of the same phone number but respectively one has a different nouns code. this also applies to cpu instructions
