When i power on my computer it is not boot for first time, for second time it will start but why.?

sometimes, the bump or something is playing up.

just loosen the connections and reinesrt the bump , change its slot if u own a spare on ur board.

I wouldn't shift wiping anything newly yet! You didn't read aloud what happens when it fail to boot the first time so it is impossible to give you a clue. It could simply be that the BIOS battery-operated is flat and it refuses to boot because checksums don't make a payment up (sic)
