When i put surrounded by my mp3 player it say, window cannot find 'Toy.exe' someone pleaase HELP!?

Reinstall your MP3 player with the disc it come with or be in motion to the companies website to see if they have the installation available for download.
you own bimistaken assosiated toy program to open when you connect your mp3 player. to resolve simply hold the shift key while you are plugging contained by the mp3 player and it wont give you that message.
