I dont construe its a worm or virus.

1)Overheating triggers auto-shutdown to protect the CPU;

2)Memory module going bad;

3)Power supply going unpromising.
go into past the worst mode (boot computer keep pressing F8 until black system blind pops up and select safe mode, or safe and sound mode with networking) try to access net and download ewido spyware or get Kaspersky Anti-Virus which is the best piece of internet wellbeing out there and detects everything. Or try going to run, type "msconfig" on the startup tab disable anything that looks fishy or newly completely disable everything except for windows or anti-virus programs. Or budge to google and type in same cross-question im pretty sure they have plenty forums to resolve your problem.
jump hire a computer guy thats what we do. and they take your computer away and fix it or fix it on the spot =]
hmmm...

1st

Reinstall your OS(operation system: XP,VISTA,98,2000,mac etc...)

if it still restarts, after its your HARDWARE who has a problem...
