im wonering what is the subsequent thind i sould up grade on this piece of equipment

ive alredy put $450

and its still not up to par what other proformance up grades can i o the psu is 350 watts up from 250

an og yea all my pci slots are used i hold 3 but b/c of the gpu's heat sink nad follower i only hold 2 pci slots i can use and its manfurcatured by hp

First thing I would do is lose the Celeron, upgrade to a Pentium 4, Core or Core 2 Duo if you can. That should fix most of your implementation problems.
You'd be much better off not putting any more money into that computer. For the money you've already spent upgrading it, you could enjoy had a much faster electrical device: http://www.newegg.com/product/productlis...
