Its a Compaq PResario, Ive added on to it, its surrounded by great conditions w/ the exception of a few scratches.
AMD sempron 2.00 Ghz processor
768 MB memory (one 512, one 256.)
GeForce 4MX graphics,
compact disc drive combo, CD writer.
40 GB harddrive
3 front USB 2.0
WinXP pro.
Thats it.
What would you want for this PC?
I would probably reimburse $500 more or less. I would settle more if it had a larger tricky drive.
Billy, I'm not sure how you're asking your question. Do you anticipate, what other components would someone want for this PC, or how much would someone sell this PC for.
Either opening, it looks somewhat dated! Most folks are looking for some pretty big "iron" nowadays! The 2.0 Ghz processor could be merely "okay" in a pinch but, at lowest 2GB RAM (expandable to 4), the GeForce might be okay if it accepted the MS DirectX 9 drivers, no where on earth do I see a DVD (DVD/WRITER), the hard drive is much, much too small. This would be a well-mannered 'starter project' for someone coming into the field, or for someone wanting to tinker around beside a system. As far as the 'scratches' are concerned, as long as they are NOT on the motherboard, and just exterior, it's okay by me!!!!!
globe park figure, urrm around lb150 tops
I'd enjoy to say $250 - $300.00 tops. The thorny drive is too small for most peoples uses, it can't read DVD media, and its used.
For 399.98 you can bring back a new Compaq Persario SR2020NX w/ a AMD Athlon 64 processor, 512MB memory, 160GB tricky drive, CD/DVD-R/RW drive and Windows XP Media Center edition. Their being clearenced for the bright Vista machines.....
