As a technician, I can honestly read aloud, all of the teckies I know agree that AMD make a faster running chip.

When intel vs amd benchmark test own been run surrounded by the past, amd outperformed contained by all category but heat dispursal. Amd have addressed that problem very soon.

Intel has AMD scramble with the quad core, so AMD is playing catchup for the first time I can remember.

The A64 by far.
well that pentium have a higher ghz rating than the amd 3800, so it would probably slightly faster, but i trust amd technology, my amd 4200 realy does economically on any game, but you must net sure you have a honourable videocard as well or the processor wont do you any accurate.
We are having a computer built but the computer geek specifically doing it said if we were to buy one, that the AMD Anthlon64 is the better of the 2.
