Whats better to buy? New PC next to Vista or MAC next to OSxtiger?

I hold 20+ years experience working with both platforms and I would shift with the Mac.



It really comes down to what you want to do beside your computer, each platform have areas where they excel. PC's are well brought-up for gaming over Macs, then Mac are more stable later PC's and have a yawning variety of integrated programs that work resourcefully together.



I would take a trip to the computer store and spend the hours of daylight playing with both and gross the decision that approach.



Also cnet.com has deeply of resources to investigate further
a MAC by all mode, if you can afford it. The new macs hold dual drives and will operate both windows and OS software. The speed is preposterous. Macs run in the nano second and are so much user friendly. Might machines.
MAC....hands down !!
