Top of the catalogue everything would be "the ultimate machine" but even that would be old-fashioned in no time at adjectives, so my advice would be to find a balance between power and significance, whatever suits your requirements and budget.

I SUpposed you get the hell of budget. So get those :

C2Q, 4GB RAM dominator, SLI 8800GTX, Striker. Then overclocked them.

Get 4 Raptor 150GB and RAID 0 them.
Pentium Core2Duo near some 6800 XFXGeForce graphics card....
