Meanwhile, I've spent another $400 getting it to RUN!!

I have reported the company that sold me the PC to the Better Business Bureau. I am considering taking the company to small claims court if the issues aren't resolved by the Better Business Bureau!! In the meantime, what do I do? As I am attending college online and my PC crashes OFTEN....... I am so TIRED of this piece of unwanted items!! I just want he'd come pick it up & hand me my money fund so I can actually hold a PC that works more than 1/4 of the time!!!!
